Professional Cladding Cleaning In Warrington And Lymm
Warrington and Lymm are both large towns close to both Manchester and Liverpool with a combined population of over 100,000. As both of these bustling towns have grown over the last 20 years a large number of new cladded buildings have been built. Cladding is a great way to add a sleek and modern finish to large commercial or residential buildings but it does require semi-frequent cleaning in order to keep the aesthetic appeal of the building intact.
At Exterior Cleaning Pros we have over 15 years of experience in cleaning even the most difficult and deteriorated cladding structures. By combining our knowledge with a superb arsenal of equipment we have been able to become the best reviewed cladding cleaning service in Warrington and Lymm for the last 10 years.
A key aspect of our success has been our commitment to providing a low cost, highly effective and flexible service for all of our customers, with our cladding cleaning in Warrington and Lymm service having a 100% success rate and 100’s of happy customers.
We understand the science behind common cladding issues and leverage this knowledge to differentiate our service by its quality. The most common issue we encounter when cleaning cladding is simple inorganic debris accumulation, this is particularly common in areas in proximity to busy roads where soot from car engines will attach the cladding. Inorganic problems also frequently effect cladding with algae growths often being visible as long green/dark streaks down the façade and for both these problems we have an adaptive solution.
At Exterior Cleaning Pros we employ our own specific detergent that targets both the inorganic debris, using a specialist agitator, whilst also targeting plant-based growth with a biocide agent. This specific solution is unique to us and sets us apart from firms who do not have access to the same industry standard equipment. Most teams in the area will apply a bleach to the cladding, an idea which we do not apply ourselves as bleach often does not remove plant-based growths but only changes their colour, producing a short lived clean. Bleach can also alter the colour and even permanently damage cladding if applied in too high concentrations and so we highly recommend against it.
The Process
We have been able to provide stellar results for 100’s of clients by following a simple 4 step procedure when approaching all of our cladding cleaning Warrington and Lymm work:
Step 1 : First Consultation
Once you have requested a quote, an experienced member of our team will meet you at the property to discuss your specifications, access requirements and any areas of consideration you would like us to be aware of.
Step 2 : Detergent Application
The first stage of our cleaning is applying the specialist detergent to the face of the cladding using water-fed poles. These poles have the ability to reach up to 4th stories and allow us close control when applying the detergent. The poles also allow us to rub the detergent into the cladding in a way that agitates the debris and lift it off the face of the cladding.
Step 3 : Steam clean
Once we have allowed the detergent to soak into the debris and it has been loosened from the cladding façade we will then steam clean the surface using a high power pressure washer. This pressure washer and boiler combination produces steam which removes the debris from the cladding and rinses off the detergent whilst posing no risk to the cladding itself.
Step 4 : Closing Consultation
Following a successful steam clean, the team leader will meet with you to discuss how the work has been carried out and any advice we have for prolonging the life of the clean.
