Step 1 : Initial Consultation
Owing to the general size of jobs that require cladding cleaning, we will always meet you at a convenient time to discuss the work, your specifications, any problem areas and how we feel we will go about the job. Step 2 : Detergent Application
Once we have organised the date and method of the clean we will then arrive and set about the first stage of cleaning- a thorough detergent application. This biocide-general cleaner blend will soften up dirt that rests of the face of the cladding, acting rapidly and being applied with water-fed poles. The poles allow us to reach great heights, maintain close control and really brush the detergent into the surface of the cladding. Our detergent is biodegradable and we always make sure to remove it in a safe way through careful rinses.
Step 3 : Steam Clean
In general, we apply a single coat to the entire cladding surface and then more if needed to spot clean. Following a coating we will then utilise our industry standard pressure washers and long lances to steam clean the surface. This treatment is peerless in terms of speed and quality of clean, using heat and water to lift the weekend dirt off the cladding whilst also providing a really great finish that leaves the cladding looking as good as new.
Step 4 : Closing Consultation
Once the cladding is in the best possible condition we will meet with you to discuss how we conducted the work, any issues we encountered and any advice we have to prolong the life of the clean.
