A Flexible Schedule for Long-lasting Results
We believe that the customer experience is key to the service that we provide. External Cleaning Professionals aim is to build a relationship with you and carry out work that exceeds your expectations, delivering an exceptional service that ensures that you remain a valued and long-term client.
Your first contact will be with David Stritch – the owner of External Cleaning Professionals. We believe that this first contact is important, so we will schedule an appointment to meet you at your location so that we can assess your cleaning needs. Our experience is vast, and we want to put this at your disposal, so that we can achieve the best possible results. We will also discuss access arrangements, giving you the freedom of not having to be onsite when we carry out the work.
We have a schedule which is flexible – we will only carry out cleaning when necessary, avoiding repeat cleans that are not needed. We will assign one professional to you for the duration of the contract, giving you a familiar face and allowing you to build a close working relationship with the operative. As we do not work to a fixed cleaning schedule, we will not give exact appointment times – instead we will contact you by text the evening before we attend, so that access arrangements can be made if necessary.
