This type of stone can be quite difficult to clean as often there is lichen marking the surface which pressure washing alone cannot remove. We firstly wash the patio with our petrol powered washer taking care not to damage the pointing and if there is evidence of lichen black spot, we will apply our chemical wash to remove it. Customers are usually amazed at how good the stone looks when cleaned, it’s easy to forget how good it looked when it was initially laid.
